At GobekUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furnishings. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring no previous shipping marks are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
